The only state body in Ukraine dealing with immigration and emigration issues is State Migration Service of Ukraine. - One should keep in mind the number of cases when foreigners fail to get the necessary permits because of mistakes in documents submitted.
- Undoubtedly, such circumstance causes negative consequences for non-residents. For example, after refusal of immigration permit issuing the applicant has a right to submit documents again only in a year.
