What documents are required to invite a foreigner to Ukraine and obtain a visa

Upon obtaining an invitation, a foreigner must contact an embassy to register a visa. In order to obtain it, he needs a passport, a filled application, a photo, a payment slip confirming payment of government charge. The list is approximate and may vary.
